Cajun Fest Workshop with Hadley Castille
By cornsong | May 29, 2007
A recording of a workshop on Cajun Music with Hadley Castille with his grandaughter Sarah Jayde Williams, son Blake Castile and Hunter Hayes from the 2007 Amana Cajun Fest. Using musical examples Hadley illustrates different types of traditional cajun music. A highlight is the musical history of one of the most famous country music songs.

I really like cajun music and Hadley is one of the best. This is at least the second time he has performed at the Amana Cajun Fest which has been held for many years now on Memorial Day weekend.
If you like good dancin’ music and Louisiana cooking check it out next year
Hunter Hayes plays guitar here. He is quite a musician. He seems to play about every instrument, sings, has an energetic stage presence and he put out his first CD at the age of 10. I he is 15 now. His home page is: www.hunterhayes.com.
